How do I cancel an order on?


If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.


Return Policy

Our Return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In case you receive a Broken Product, then kindly e-mail ( [email protected] ) us the Images of the Broken Product you have received and the Image of your invoice bill within 24 Hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to provide Exchange/Replacement for the Broken Product.
We accept the return of products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong item. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Note - There is No Refund on Cash on Delivery (COD), you are only eligible for exchange with another product of the same price.
Requirements for Returns:
Must include a valid original purchase order number. Purchases made outside of  must contact their seller for returns.
All returned products should be in the original packaging without any missing or damaged parts.
If the product is used or has scratches, the same cannot be accepted for return
Return shipping will be at the buyer’s cost.
Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable for both ways.
Refund processes could take up to 7-10 working days after the item is received.
We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received (highly recommended for International returns).
If you are not satisfied with the product quality then you can only exchange your product with another product of the same price. We don't have a refund policy in this case as our products are tested by our Quality Assurance team

Send us the picture of the product you got, pleases make sure it's in original condition.

If we have sent you a Wrong Product by mistake then Reverse Pickup will be done for free. Shipping of the replacement product is also done for free.
If we have sent you the right product then Return shipping will be at the buyer’s cost.
As soon as the product is picked up from you, we dispatch the replacement simultaneously (time to resolution reduced by 3 days).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a defective/broken product, it needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Damaged Products
Received Defective/Broken product, it needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
NOTE: The replacement will only be initiated after our quality check process to make sure the product is in intact (not damaged or impaired in anyway; not used in anyway just like you received it.) condition. If the product fails the quality check process then no replacement will be initiated.
COD Policy
In case you placed an order with Cash On Delivery ( COD ) method you are not eligible to get refunds. These items are eligible for a free replacement, in an unlikely event of the damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.
Refund Policy
The refund policy is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available.
In case of refund, 20% Handling charges will be deducted from the order amount if a pick up is arranged.
In case of online paid orders, customers' bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date we receive the product. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM and Google Pay.

 

Requirements for Returns:

  • Must include a valid original purchase order number from coverswale.co.in, purchases made outside of coverswale.co.in must contact their seller for returns.
  • Complimentary items for prepaid orders will be given for orders above Rs.799.
  • All returned products should be in the original packaging without any missing contents.
  • If you want to return the product then 70% of your order amount will be refunded as we deduct 30% for our courier and packing charges (For Prepaid Orders Only).
  • Refund processes could take up to 6-8 working days after the item is received.
  • We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received (highly recommended for International returns).
  • There’s no refund on Tempered glass, only replacement can be done if a defective one is received.
  • For Item purchased in “Super Deals” only replacement and exchange can be done.

    Please be informed that you have to pay for the return shipping fee.

     

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    NOTE- No Exchange & No Refunds on COD

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

    You can only cancel your order if your order has not been shipped. We will refund the 100% amount in 5-7 working days. If the order has been shipped, If it is shipped then please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
